Direct your patients to their secure member website 

Aetna members will receive an enrollment kit with order forms and instructions.

They can also go online. Tell them to log in to their Aetna Navigator^® secure member website for a mail-order brochure and order form. Members will need to register a username and password with Aetna Navigator if they have not already.

After they place their first order, they can order refills online, over the phone, or ask you to fax the prescription to 1-877-270-3317.

They can also check the status of their orders online.
