Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program (HFAP)
Who is the HFAP and what does the HFAP do?
The HFAP is part of the American Osteopathic Association that provides medical facilities with an objective review of there services.
The program is recognized nationally by the federal government and state governments.
The HFAP has developed accreditation programs for:
- Medical Facilities
- Laboratories
- Ambulatory care/Surgery Centers
- Mental Health and Substance Abuse Facilities
- Physical Rehabilitation Medicine Facilities
